varying from light user support to comprehensive "we-do-it-all"
support. The comprehensive support includes new reports generation,
rules editing and building as well as system back-up via the Saitran
Engine's On Line Tech Support subsystem. Full support is available
throughout the implementation period. The post-implementation
and on-going support level (light, etc.) depends on the maintenance
and support agreement selected.
Hot-line support :
The dedicated support team is responsible for addressing user’s
calls quickly. These professionals are highly trained in the use
of Saitran H/R and are committed to responding to any questions.
Technical support :
The focus is on HR technical client support, data conversions,
and custom programming. However for clients with no internal IT
personnel Saitran Software Inc. will help with operating systems,
networks configurations, and hardware/software requirements.
Remote support (On Line Tech Support)
:
Clients who require timely software support will value our remote
support. It is possible to resolve an issue by accessing the system
remotely from our offices. In that case our expert team can provide
remote hand holding to help users when performing an unusual task
like a mass change.
Software maintenance
services Saitran Software Inc. will provide ongoing
maintenance of Saitran H/R, which may include new software releases
as well as the Custom module maintenance. These services are combined
with the support services into a single support and maintenance
agreement.
