Integration Services. Our professional implementation
team will advise and be involved in all aspects of the entire
implementation process. Special attention will be given to the
information planning, design and implementation to support the
achievement of business plan goals as they apply to HR management.
Whether the client has its own internal project leader, or requires
full implementation project management, our staff will ensure
that Saitran 7HR™ is up and running in a timely manner. Together
with the client representative, Saitran Software Inc. participates
in the review of current business processes. This reengineering
will improve HR management and streamline human resources activities,
while ensuring the desired results.

Custom development services. Saitran customizes
its software to the needs of its customers. Our range of products
uses an open architecture and is designed for easy tailoring,
while retaining maintainability and "upgradability" of the common
nucleus. The customized features are kept in a separate Custom
module and are protected from future upgrades. They are fully
supported and maintained by Saitran Software Inc.

Data conversion. Our highly qualified team makes
the conversion process quick and painless. Saitran Software Inc.
will adapt its data conversion tools in order to import all existing
computerized data into Saitran H/R whether the data comes from
a single source such as payroll, or from several sources. If part
of the conversion is generated by an external system that will
continue to coexist with Saitran 7HR™, the external system will
be integrated in order to avoid double data entry.

Training
services. Saitran Software Inc. will provide full training
to HR and Operations personnel as well as System Administration
and Technical Support personnel if any at our Training Center
or at the client’s Training Center. It is organized in different
cities depending on needs and number of attendees. User training
addresses the day to day utilization of the system in every area.
Administrator training involves establishing user IDs, passwords,
system security, mass changes, code tables, user fields, reporting
and other administrative and maintenance functions. Training sessions
include the use of Saitran Engine's end-user development tools
like the Expression Builder, generic HR functions, Report Generator,
Mass Change Processor, Import/Export Interfaces, Maintenance,
On Line Tech Support, Reference Document Management, etc.
